En effet, le 28 septembre 2020, la Commission europ\u00e9enne a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 qu&rsquo;au sein de l&rsquo;EEE, le contr\u00f4le syst\u00e9matique de la couverture d&rsquo;assurance RC suffisante pour les v\u00e9hicules en provenance de Bosnie-Herz\u00e9govine devait \u00eatre abandonn\u00e9.<\/p><p><strong>Par cons\u00e9quent, \u00e0 partir du 19 octobre 2020, il ne sera plus n\u00e9cessaire de v\u00e9rifier l&rsquo;assurance obligatoire des v\u00e9hicules immatricul\u00e9s en Bosnie-Herz\u00e9govine<\/strong> sur l&rsquo;ensemble du territoire couvert par le syst\u00e8me de l\u2019accord sur les plaques d&rsquo;immatriculation (EEE, Andorre, Bosnie-et-Herz\u00e9govine, Serbie, Grande-Bretagne et Suisse). Inversement, cela sera \u00e9galement le cas pour tous les v\u00e9hicules immatricul\u00e9s dans les autres territoires couverts par le m\u00eame accord. \u00c0 partir du 19 octobre 2020, ces v\u00e9hicules pourront \u00e9galement entrer en Bosnie-Herz\u00e9govine sans pr\u00e9senter de carte d&rsquo;assurance internationale.<\/p><p>Pour ce qui concerne la garantie que doivent accorder les bureaux d&rsquo;assurance pour la couverture des sinistres, cela aura pour cons\u00e9quence qu&rsquo;\u00e0 partir du 19 octobre 2020, les dispositions de la section III du R\u00e8glement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral s&rsquo;appliqueront dans les relations avec le bureau d&rsquo;assurance bosniaque. <strong>La garantie des bureaux concern\u00e9s sera donc d\u00e9sormais d\u00e9termin\u00e9e sur la base du syst\u00e8me de confirmation du stationnement habituel pr\u00e9vu \u00e0 l&rsquo;article 13 du R\u00e8glement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral<\/strong>. Une telle garantie est accord\u00e9e lorsque le v\u00e9hicule ayant caus\u00e9 l\u2019accident est valablement immatricul\u00e9 sur le territoire du bureau en question.
