Elle d\u00e9finit des normes pour les r\u00e8gles europ\u00e9ennes en mati\u00e8re de responsabilit\u00e9 civile et d&rsquo;indemnisation et rev\u00eat la signification d&rsquo;un code de conduite \u00e9thique dans le traitement des sinistres nationaux et internationaux. Les principes \u00e9nonc\u00e9s dans la charte sont ancr\u00e9s dans la l\u00e9gislation suisse actuelle.<\/p><p>Le <strong>Dr Martin Metzler<\/strong>, cofondateur et ancien pr\u00e9sident du BNA &amp; FNG et ancien vice-pr\u00e9sident de l&rsquo;Institut du droit europ\u00e9en des transports (IETL), a \u00e9t\u00e9 l&rsquo;un des principaux initiateurs de la Charte des droits des victimes de la route.
