Claims that belong to the area of responsibilities of the NBI and the NGF are handled by signatories of the Swiss Interclaims Agreement. The competence to handle claims in accordance with Art. 74 ff. and 76 ff. SVG and the right to represent the NBI and the NGF require the signing of the “Swiss Interclaims Agreement”. By doing so, the representatives undertake to comply with the provisions of the NBI and the NGF Claims Regulations. Representatives of the NBI and the NGF may be member companies, the managing insurer or claims settlement companies.<\/p>

The Claims Regulations of the NBI and the NGF came into force on 1 May 2009.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
