Executive Committee
The Executive Committee is elected by the General Meetings. It consists of five to nine natural persons whose term of office is three years. Members of the Executive Committee can be re-elected. The Executive Committee may pass resolutions on all matters that are not reserved for the General Meetings by law or the Articles of Association. It conducts the business of the association unless it has delegated the management. It is currently composed as follows:
Committees of the Executive Committee
The Executive Committee works in various committees to prepare business and resolutions. Each committee is chaired by a member of the Executive Committee.
Code of Conduct
The members of the NBI and the NGF Executive Committee are guided by the fundamental idea of the protection of victims and comply with the legal provisions. Their activities and conduct are based on fundamental ethical values such as honesty, fairness, transparency, appropriateness, decency, reliability and trust.
These behaviours are defined in the Code of Conduct. It is aimed at the members of the Executive Committee and third parties commissioned by the Executive Committee.
