IETL

The Institute for European Traffic Law (IETL) is supported by renowned European traffic law experts and is based in Luxembourg. It serves science, politics, business and consumer protection in all areas of national and international traffic law and is dedicated to the study, improvement and further development of the law relating to mobility in Europe.

The institute organizes congresses, seminars, training courses, colloquia and other events, particularly the European Traffic Law Days. It brings together most of the interest groups relevant to traffic law and thus gives the jointly developed conference contents a special weight for the development of traffic law in Europe.

The Swiss National Bureau of Insurance (NBI) and the Swiss National Guarantee Fund (NGF) are among the founding members of the IETL and support its activities.
